ASCE Bridge Florida is back for the 18th Annual competition!
On April 13, 2024, The ASCE Jacksonville Branch hosted the local Bridge Florida Competition (formerly Engineering Encounters) at the Beaches Library. Northeast Florida Middle and High School Students are invited to compete in a virtual competition, where students will learn a video-game like program to produce a virtual bridge! Information was sent out to schools in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, and St. Johns Counties.
Winners from the local competition received a trophy, recognition, and an invitation to the State Competition taking place during the ASCE Florida Section Annual Conference on July 12, 2024, in Bonita Springs.
