ASCE Jacksonville Branch is made up of over 700 professionals across Northeast Florida. There are 13 Branches in the Florida Section. The Jacksonville Branch was founded in 1951 and covers the Counties of Nassau, Baker, Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Flagler.
Jacksonville Branch holds monthly luncheons, hosts networking socials and fundraising events throughout the year, and keeps members connected with Section, Branch and National leaders.
ASCE’s mission is to provide essential value to our members and partners, advance civil engineering, and serve the public good.
In carrying out our mission, ASCE advances technology, encourages lifelong learning, promotes professionalism, develops civil engineer leaders, and advocates infrastructure and environmental stewardship.

Volunteering
The Jacksonville Branch hosts various volunteering opportunities throughout the year including Habijax, K-12 Education Outreach, and annual fundraisers. No matter what your interest is, there is a place for you to get involved.
Younger Member Group
Younger Members make up almost a fourth of the Jacksonville Branch. The Younger Member Group (YMG) focuses giving members 35 years and younger early career resources and providing professional development opportunities.

Our inaugural 75th Branch Anniversary was an unforgettable evening brimming with laughter, applause, and surprises! The event was filled with well-deserved awards (as winners entered at stage left and exited at stage right), and we were surprised to receive a Proclamation from Jacksonville Mayor Donna Deegan, presented by the City of Public Works Director, Nina Sickler, declaring June 12th, 2026 as American Society of Civil Engineers 75th Anniversary Day. Special thanks to the Banquet Committee for putting in the extra work to make the night special for everyone and congratulations to all the winners.
